Cervical Cancer Screening

DON'T GAMBLE WITH CANCER

Cancer can develop without noticeable symptoms in its early stages, which is why appropriate screening plays an important role in preventive healthcare. Screening can help identify certain changes or risk indicators before symptoms become apparent, allowing doctors to recommend further evaluation, follow-up or treatment when required.

Cervical Cancer Screening

Cervical cancer can develop gradually, often beginning with changes in the cells of the cervix that may not cause noticeable symptoms in the early stages. Screening plays an important role in identifying high-risk Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection and abnormal cervical cell changes before they progress further.

This screening package combines a Pap smear and high-risk HPV test with a pelvic ultrasound, General Practitioner consultation and essential health checks. The doctor can review relevant medical history, symptoms and screening findings and advise whether any additional investigations, follow-up or specialist evaluation may be required.

Identifying precancerous cervical changes at an early stage allows appropriate monitoring and treatment, which can help prevent cervical cancer from developing.

Package Assessments

  • Pap smear and high-risk HPV test
  • Pelvic Ultrasound
  • BMI, BP and Random Glucose Check
  • General Practitioner (GP) consultation
  • Tumour Markers: CA-125 (If required. Results will take 16 days to arrive).
